Shipping Policy

The majority of BeautyFirm's orders are shipped from London, Ontario. BeautyFirm does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. BeautyFirm ships most orders within 2 business days of confirmation of order. Customers will be contacted by the shipping company in the case of delayed shipping of their order.

The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
