Return Policy


BeautyFirm hopes that you are happy with your new products however should you receive an item that is broken or damaged, or if an error occurs in the order shipped, please contact info@beautyfirm.ca

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, unopened. You’ll also need a receipt for proof of purchase.

*BeautyFirm does not allow for returns on opened or used products*

To start a return with BeautyFirm, contact us at info@beautyfirm.ca. If your return is accepted, BeautyFirm will send you instructions on how and where to send your package for return. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Photos of damaged products are required, and a contact within 24Hours upon receipt of damaged goods is also required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order from BeautyFirm upon receiving and contact us immediately (Within 24Hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make a claim for you to return the item shipped in error.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
BeautyFirm does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only made if an error has occurred in the original shipment, and once the return is accepted by BeautyFirm 

Shipping Policy
Shipping on items sent in error will be covered by BeautyFirm. Should an item arrive damaged or broken, BeautyFirm will contact the shipper company used, and have a return shipping label provided to you. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Time Or Returns
Returns can take up to 15 business days to complete. BeautyFirm will do their best to make a return in a timely manner.
